The River Heritage Region is comprised of the 12 southeastern-most counties of Missouri including Ste. Genevieve, St. Francois, Perry, Madison, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Scott, Stoddard, Mississippi, New Madrid, Pemiscot and Dunklin County.
