River Ridge Winery

Jerry and Joannie Smith invite you to River Ridge Winery, situated in a century-old farmhouse in the hills where Crowley's Ridge joins the Mississippi River.  River Ridge is proud of their Chardonnay and Joie de Riviere, a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.  Browse through a selection of gifts and gourmet foods at their gift shop.  Enjoy a bite to eat in their fermentation room cafe or picnic by the river, vineyard, or winery.  Live music is available on the lawn most weekends, weather permitting.  River Ridge is two miles north of historic Commerce, MO on County Road 321.

Tower Rock Winery

Open Tuesday thru Sunday, Noon - 6 pm. Year round.  Also Open Monday Holidays, Noon - 6 pm.

Taste their fine French hybird wines and their Estate Cynthiana Reserve wines.  They feature locally made cheeses and sausages.  Enjoy a bottle of wine on their patio deck overlooking a two-acre lake.  Picnic in their vineyard, which is part of the Ozark Mountain viticulture area.  Tower Rock Winery gets its name from a 90 foot-high, 3/4 of an acre summit rock formation on the Mississippi River know as Tower Rock, located three miles from the winery.  Bring your camera.  They are also located 2.7 miles from the original MRT bike trail that runs the length of the Mississippi River.  Bikers welcome.

The Hemman family has been making wine for generations and setting it aside for special occasions.  Now they would like to share it with you.  Hemman Winery is nestled in the quaint town of Brazeau, Missouri.  The historic village has several buildings for touring.  The winery makes its home in a former general store dating back approximately 150 years.  Hemman Winery specializes in sweet and semi-sweet wines.  You can enjoy several grape varieties along with our fruit wines - blueberry, strawberry, peach, plum, cranberry, apple, rhubarb, blackberry, dewberry, raspberry, pumpkin, and apricot.  Join them on the front porch for sausages, cheeses and home-style wine.

Durso Hills Vineyards and Winery is nestled in the hills of Madison County in the rural town of Marquand.  The vineyard overlooks the town and Castor River valley.  The winery tasting room is part of an old residence that housed the town's local country doctor and his pharmacy, about 100 years ago.  The front porch boasts a serene view of Marquand's city park.  The view is dominated by the landmark, Sitze historical log cabin.
